As a new tax client, do I need an appointment?

No, walk-ins are welcome. Although scheduling gives us time to prepare for & expedite your visit, we don’t require an appointment for tax drop off.

For scheduling an appointment, am I scheduling time to sit down and complete my tax preparation in the office on that day?

We operate as a tax drop off service. Our team is a two person system – one collects and inputs the information and the other reviews and files. Our filings provide the utmost accuracy.

Do I need to come to the office in person or can everything be done online?

For new clients, we ask that they come in person their first year with us to verify their information and identity. Returning clients are offered the convenience of completing their steps remotely.

Do you have parking or is it street parking only?

Yes, we have a parking lot that is available exclusively to our clients. There are plenty of spots available and all within steps of our front door.
